Australia Post eParcel Service will be used to deliver the orders and a shipping notification email with a tracking number will be sent once the order is dispatched. The shipping cost of your order will be calculated at the checkout. However, if the order is particularly heavy or bulky or going to a remote area there may be an extra charge. One of our team members will be in touch with you to let you know if this is the case. The extra cost needs to be paid before the dispatch of the order.
It will take about 2 to 3 business days for an order to leave the warehouse. Delivery times of Australia Post for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 business days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, it might take an additional 3 to 4 business days. On some occasions, there might be a slight delay in the delivery.
