Bats Warranty & Return Policy

All cricket bats sold by MCA Sports Australia have a 12-month warranty against damage deemed to be manufacturing fault & no fault of the consumer. The broken bat will need to be inspected prior to deciding on the refund or return. Your claim will be assessed in adherence to the Australian Consumer Law. Most claims cannot be remedied instantly. MCA Sports Australia will assess the claim and decide on the course of action which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

The bat’s warranty will not cover when there is damage to the toe of the bat due to a Yoker ball, damage that occurs due to lack of Knocking/playing in, damage due to machine Knocking-In or inaccurate play, Damage that occurs due to poor preparation/maintenance (e.g. lack of toe guard, over/under oiling, etc), damage from non-leather or composite balls or bowling machine balls, and damage due to improper use.

Also, MCA Sports Australia doesn’t recommend that bats be knocked/played in by a machine, damaged due to moisture/wet weather or heat. Machines damage the bats because of putting pressure on the shoulders causing damage. damage resulting from bats being machine-prepared (not naturally Played In).

If the above guidelines are not followed the cricket bat may be voided. The time to assess and repair the damage will be around 10-14 business days as we will be sending the damaged bats to our manufacturer for repair. The payment receipt should be provided as evidence for the purchase day at the time of making a claim.

We work closely with all our trusted suppliers, to make sure you will be well looked after should something go wrong with your product
